Designed for meat processing facilities, lifters are widely used to elevate 200L meat carts to a certain height; this setup lets the carts unload their contents (meat and ingredients) into the plant’s meat processing machines.

It`s a high-quality mast chain hoist and tippers for standard Euro trolleys (trolleys or minced meat trolleys, DIN-9797), dough vats, and other containers (on request). The mast chain hoist can be attached to the mixer, installed separately (on the floor), or designed as a mobile device. All of them meet international quality standards.

The reliable and durable design of the trolley mast chain hoist is the key to durability.

Depending on the needs and requirements of customers, the mast chain hoist (in addition to the standard Euro trolley clamp DIN 9797) can be used to lift barrels, boxes, or other containers.

It has a durable metal chain. The mechanical safety brake provides additional protection against the trolley falling in the event of a chain break.

The lifting height is designed according to the customer’s order

Match 200L meat carts. Suitable for various meat processing equipment such as blenders, mixers, and meat mincers.

The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, with a sandblasted surface. It is equipped with upper and lower limit switches for position limitation and uses a start button control method. The lifting fork can be customized according to users' different containers. For example, it can be customized to match 300L meat carts, round barrels, heat preservation barrels, etc.
