At every stage of slaughtering, we adopt precise engineering technology design. From humane stunning systems and automated slaughter production lines to advanced cutting machines, deboning machines, transportation and packaging solutions, we all use food-grade stainless steel materials.

Our core equipment has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and EU CE certification. Our product line covers slaughtering equipment for various categories such as pigs, beef cattle, mutton sheep, and poultry, including hanging conveying systems, depilation, peeling, deboning equipment, precision segmentation lines, cleaning equipment, drainage systems, etc. We can provide customized whole-plant planning and design according to customers' production capacity requirements and site conditions.

Quality Certification

According to the test results, the content of each element in this 304 stainless steel sample (for stainless steel containers of meat slaughtering equipment) complies with the chemical composition requirements for SUS304 stainless steel specified in the JIS G4315-2013 standard.

From the perspective of chemical composition, the sample meets the material standards and has the basic conditions to be used as the material for stainless steel containers of meat slaughtering equipment. The properties such as corrosion resistance and strength corresponding to its chemical composition can meet the basic service requirements of this type of equipment.
