200L 304 s/s Tote Bins with Lid for Slaughterhouses
Our 200L 304 stainless steel meat cart with lid is built to solve slaughterhouses’ most pressing transport and storage pain points, with four unbeatable advantages that elevate your workflow:
>>Available Size:
120L 200L 300L or Customization
>>Food-Grade Durability That Lasts
Crafted from 304 stainless steel (the industry gold standard for food contact), it resists corrosion, rust, and damage from blood, moisture, and harsh sanitizers—even in 24/7 high-humidity environments. Unlike cheap carts that crack or rust in 6–12 months, this cart maintains structural integrity for years, slashing replacement costs long-term.
>>Sealed Hygiene for Global Compliance
The tight-fitting, easy-to-secure lid locks in freshness, contains meat drips to prevent floor contamination, and blocks pests/dust. Fully compliant with FDA, EU CE, and ISO 22000 standards, it eliminates the risk of non-compliance fines and safeguards your meat’s quality—critical for export or local market trust.
>>200L Capacity + Smart Mobility
With a 200L (53-gallon) capacity, it holds large cuts of fresh/chilled meat, trimmings, or offal in one load—reducing trips between slaughter lines, chillers, and packaging areas. Reinforced swivel casters glide smoothly over uneven factory floors, while ergonomic side handles make loading/unloading safe for your team.
>>Space-Saving Stackable Design
When not in use, the cart stacks securely (up to 3 units high) without damaging lids or walls, freeing up valuable floor space in crowded slaughterhouses. No more bulky storage—maximize your facility’s efficiency with minimal footprint.
Whether you’re a mid-sized butcher shop or a large industrial slaughterhouse, this cart turns “disorganized, high-maintenance transport” into “streamlined, reliable workflow.” Invest in a tool that works as hard as your team does.

Regular Packaging Methods for Stainless Steel Carts
The packaging of stainless steel carts must balance anti-collision, scratch resistance, moisture protection, and transportation convenience. Specific methods are usually adjusted based on product specifications, transportation distance (domestic/cross-border), and customer requirements. Common solutions are as follows:
>>Basic Protective Layer (Core Scratch Resistance)
The main body of the cart (frame, tabletop, handle, etc.) is first fully wrapped with PE protective film/bubble film, with key coverage on the stainless steel surface to prevent scratches caused by vibration during transportation.
If the cart is equipped with detachable components (such as laminates, small wheels), these components will be individually wrapped with EPE foam or bubble film to prevent collision damage between parts.
>>Inner Packaging (Reinforcement and Partitioning)
Small carts (e.g., household/light industrial models): Mostly packaged in 5-layer corrugated cartons. Inside the carton, corrugated cardboard is used to separate component areas, or foam blocks/air columns are filled for fixation to prevent components from shaking inside the carton.
Large/heavy-duty carts (e.g., for slaughterhouses, warehouses): May use plywood crates (complying with export fumigation standards, such as IPPC marking). The main body of the cart is fixed with wooden battens inside the crate to ensure stable load-bearing, making it especially suitable for cross-border sea transportation or long-distance land transportation.
>>Special-Scenario Packaging (Customized Requirements)
Moisture protection needs: When transporting to humid areas or by sea, desiccants will be placed inside the packaging, or an additional waterproof woven bag will be wrapped outside the PE film.
Export compliance: The packaging will be labeled with clear product information labels (name, specification, quantity), warning signs (e.g., "Handle with Care", "Keep Dry"), as well as customs codes and shipping marks required for export. Plywood crates must comply with the quarantine requirements of the destination country (such as non-wood packaging declaration or fumigation certificate).
